Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Mirza Dental Laboratory, all our products are custom-fabricated based on impressions, prescriptions, and specifications provided by the referring dentist. Since every prosthesis is individually crafted for a specific patient, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail businesses.

We are committed to delivering high-quality work on every case. If there is an issue with any product we have fabricated, we will work closely with the referring dentist to resolve it promptly and professionally.


Remake & Correction Policy

If a prosthesis does not meet the required specifications due to a laboratory error, we will remake or correct the work at no additional charge, provided that:

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The original prescription and impression provided by the dentist were accurate and complete
  • The product has not been cemented, inserted, or modified at the clinic

Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the custom-made nature of our work, refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Changes in treatment plan after fabrication has begun
  • Inaccurate or incomplete impressions provided by the dentist
  • Patient refusal of a correctly fabricated prosthesis
  • Shade or mould changes requested after the approved try-in stage
  • Products that have already been cemented, fitted, or delivered to the patient

Try-In & Approval Stage

To avoid remakes and ensure complete satisfaction, we strongly recommend utilizing the try-in / wax trial / biscuit bake stages available for most of our products. Once a prosthesis has been approved at the try-in stage and final fabrication is complete, changes requested afterward may be subject to additional charges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or does not match the prescription sent, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will inspect the case and arrange a remake or correction at no cost.


How to Report an Issue

To report any issue with a delivered product, please contact us directly:

  • 📞 Call or WhatsApp us with the case details
  • 📋 Provide the original prescription slip and patient details
  • 📦 Return the prosthesis to our laboratory for inspection

We aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you and your patients.
