How do I send a case to Mirza Dental Laboratory?
You can send your case by visiting our laboratory directly or by using a trusted courier service. Please include the impression or model, a properly filled prescription slip with all case details, shade selection, and any special instructions. Our team will review the case and begin fabrication immediately upon receipt.
What is your average turnaround time for cases?
Turnaround time varies depending on the type of prosthesis. Simple cases such as acrylic dentures and metal crowns are typically completed within 3 to 5 working days. Zirconia crowns and bridges usually take 4 to 6 working days. Complex cases or those requiring multiple try-in stages may take longer. We always strive to deliver on time without compromising quality.
Do you offer a wax trial or try-in stage before final fabrication?
Yes, absolutely. We strongly recommend utilizing the wax trial stage for all removable prosthetics and the biscuit bake or metal try-in stage for fixed restorations. These stages allow the dentist and patient to verify fit, shade, and aesthetics before final processing — minimizing the need for remakes and ensuring complete satisfaction.
What should I do if a prosthesis does not fit correctly?
If you experience any fit or quality issue with a delivered prosthesis, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return the prosthesis to our laboratory along with the original prescription and impression. If the issue is due to a laboratory error, we will remake or correct the work at no additional charge. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and professionally.
