Since every prosthesis is individually crafted for a specific patient, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail businesses.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">We are committed to delivering high-quality work on every case. Once a prosthesis has been approved at the try-in stage and final fabrication is complete, changes requested afterward may be subject to additional charges.<\/p>\r\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\r\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or does not match the prescription sent, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receiving the item.
